Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service via incoming calls, emails, and chats, utilizing various systems and platforms to resolve customer issues, requests, and questions.
• Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls to establish and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide personalized support.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information as necessary.
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date with product knowledge.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
