About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their marketing objectives, build brand-owned communities, and drive long-term loyalty. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, developing and executing customized success strategies, and collaborating with our internal teams to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored customer success strategies aligned with each client's unique objectives
- Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients, coordinating activations, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimizing engagement
- Design and deploy programs to demonstrate value, achieve client goals, and introduce new features and use cases
- Lead projects, training, and onboarding to increase customer lifetime value and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling
- Collaborate with our Marketing and Sales teams to strengthen client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle
- Master the blithequark platform, services, and product knowledge, as well as understand our clients' technical infrastructure and business objectives
- Stay informed about market trends and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams

Essential Qualifications
- 4-5 years of Customer Success experience, with a focus on Social Marketing, Community, and Agency
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities concurrently, while compelling them to act
- Self-motivated, with a focus on meeting timelines and project milestones
- Familiarity with Salesforce, G Suite, and experience with enterprise-level clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with marketing teams
- A college degree in a related field
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer success
