About the Role

We're seeking a motivated, energetic insurance professional to join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, growing our agency through value-based conversations, and working closely with our agents to establish and meet cross-sell and customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Daily grow our agency through value-based conversations and remarkable customer service to existing members.

  • Possess keen attention to detail in all customer interactions.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet cross-sell and customer service goals.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic.
  • Position will be approximately 90% service, 10% sales.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Insurance Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with customers, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Willingness to Learn and Be Teachable: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our agency.
  • Ability to Multi-Task: The ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Genuine Desire to Make a Positive Difference: A passion for helping others and making a positive impact on people's lives.
  • Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License: A valid license to practice as a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent.
