Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding Customer Inquiries: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly Resolving Issues: Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating Interactions: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Tracking Call Information: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upselling: Upsell if required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to Work Remotely: Work effectively in a virtual team environment
  • Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years old
  • Typing Speed: Type 25 words per minute
  • Education: High School Graduate or GED
  • Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Logical problem-solving skills
  • Organization Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:

  • Internet Connection: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP Requirements: No packet loss and a ping under 50ms
  • Proof of Internet Speed: Provide proof of internet speed
  • Clean and Quiet Workspace: Maintain a clean and quiet workspace
