Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be an integral part of our customer service and operations teams, ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. This is a full-time, remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a leading global airline company. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering and updating data into various systems and databases
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
  • Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Compiling, sorting, and organizing data to be entered into the database or electronic systems
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where possible
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data collected
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment
