Job Summary

The Oil and Transport Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and working closely with our dispatch team to schedule fuel deliveries. As a critical member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, safety, dependability, and punctuality. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive their fuel purchases at the best price with the best service, while also supporting the overall goals and objectives of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner, responding to customer inquiries regarding service, pricing, and delivery schedules with the utmost courtesy and professional demeanor.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to schedule fuel deliveries to customers per their request, ensuring that all deliveries are made in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Process orders for customers according to the best price and delivery available, while also processing new customer applications and other required paperwork.
  • Complete customer bids as requested, responding in a timely manner to ensure that blithequark obtains the order.
  • Support overall department goals and objectives, performing any other administrative duties as assigned by management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems and technologies.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to:

  • Stand, walk, or sit for long periods, using your hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
