Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with team members to support assigned customers and ensure continuity of service
  • Coordinating with various departments to resolve high-level operational issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Receiving customer calls and emails, and engaging with customers in a warm, pleasant, and helpful manner
  • Identifying customer needs and entering orders into our ERP system in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolving customer complaints by troubleshooting and/or engaging necessary internal departments or CRM
  • Keeping customers informed of their order status at all times, and verifying that customers are satisfied with resolutions or action plans
  • Sharing best practices and learning opportunities with peers across all Customer Experience teams
  • Providing backup support across all functions within the customer team to ensure continuity of service

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a team environment
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, and basic Excel and Outlook proficiency
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Enthusiastic and customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Previous experience in a hybrid work environment, with a combination of office and remote work
  • Experience with ERP systems, and ability to learn and adapt to new technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
