Job Summary

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, suggesting product improvements, managing our help center articles, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Suggest product improvements and feature enhancements based on customer feedback
  • Manage and update our help center articles to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications

* Advanced fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 1-2 hours per day during US business hours
