Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in assisting customers with their travel needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
