The Role

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll be responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate data in our company systems, ensuring data quality control, organizing and updating databases, and handling various administrative tasks. Responsibilities

* Input and maintain accurate data in company systems, ensuring data integrity and quality control

  • Organize and update databases to ensure seamless access to information
  • Handle and manage various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Develop and maintain processes to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to data-related inquiries and requests

Requirements

* Strong typing and data entry skills, with the ability to maintain high accuracy and speed

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality control
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace, with experience in data entry and administrative software
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
