Job Summary

As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry & Customer Service (2nd Shift) On-Site Full Time at blithequark, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:

• Entering orders and collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients
• Triaging customer service requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Calculating and verifying correct dosages based on prescriptions
• Reviewing narcotic prescriptions and ensuring timely completion
• Maintaining accurate customer records and providing information on allergies, drug interactions, and therapeutic duplications

Required Qualifications

* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law

• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in the long-term care industry

• PTCB National Certification
