Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues related to travel, baggage, and other services. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Ability to work in a remote environment, using technology to stay connected with colleagues and clients
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
