Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues related to travel, baggage, and other services. You will work in a fast-paced, remote environment, using cutting-edge technology to resolve issues and provide solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and memorable experience

  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and issues related to travel, baggage, and other services
  • Use a modernized retail location framework to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Work in a dynamic, remote environment, using technology to stay connected with colleagues and clients
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, using technology to stay connected with colleagues and clients
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages
