Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk - Work From Home, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

Customer Service:

+ Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries. + Address and resolve client issues or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Travel Booking and Planning:

+ Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. + Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget.

Administrative Support:

+ Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members. + Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations as required.

Data Entry and Management:

+ Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases. + Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity.

Assistant:

+ Provide support to senior consultants and other team members as needed. + Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Proven Experience:

Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields.

Travel Experience:

Experience with travel booking and planning is a plus.

Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Attention to Detail:

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Remote Work Experience:
