Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and responding to customer tickets using Gorgias, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Assisting customers with order updates, inquiries, and general product guidance, leveraging your knowledge of hats and embroidery/deco techniques to provide expert advice.
  • Processing and sending invoices via Shopify, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Keeping the team informed about order changes for production via Redbooth, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinating with the art and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
  • Providing empathetic and solution-driven support, turning frustrated customers into happy ones through effective conflict resolution and problem-solving.
  • Utilizing Slack for internal team communication, staying connected with colleagues and ensuring seamless collaboration.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • Experience with Gorgias or similar customer service platforms, with a proven track record of resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Familiarity with Shopify for invoicing and order updates, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their operations.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to turn frustrated customers into happy ones through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • A passion for hats and custom headwear, with a basic understanding of embroidery/deco techniques and their applications.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
