Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and delivering exceptional experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Utilize basic computer applications to access client information and resolve issues efficiently
- Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy, maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations
Key Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional voice
- Excellent listening comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to client needs
- Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy, maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts, including holidays (depending on scheduling needs)
Preferred Qualifications
* Spanish/English Bilingual (a plus)
- Availability to work both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment (an asset)
