Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk with blithequark, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Uploading data of landing page and website new leads on marketing sheets
  • Performing extensive searches in the web to find lead's and company's contact information
  • Executing periodic data updates for leads lacking updated contact information
  • Executing periodic data updates for reports prompted daily and weekly by the ERP
  • Reading raw ServiceConnect responses and website messages (on demand)
  • Initial ServiceConnect response read and website messages categorization (on demand)

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Data Entry Clerk with blithequark, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
