Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Afternoon Shift (3-7pm CT), you will be responsible for:
- Entering and locating work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems with precision and accuracy.
- Transmitting information or documents using a computer, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Reading and visually verifying information in various formats for accuracy and completeness, with a keen eye for detail.
- Entering and retrieving information from computer databases to update records and answer inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Verifying information in documents or on computer screens for accuracy, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Operating standard office equipment such as telephones, fax machines, and photocopiers, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Preparing and reviewing written documents accurately and completely, with attention to detail and quality.
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
