• Manage 2-3 concurrent live chats, prioritizing and responding to customer inquiries in a efficient and effective manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Utilize help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and updates to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Essential Qualifications

• Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries
• Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent live chats
