Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading the quality improvement efforts of our help desk operations, working closely with our help partner teams (BPOs) to ensure that their quality meets our standards. You will analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to drive quality enhancements and efficiency gains. You will also collaborate with our training and content teams to develop and deploy new training programs and content to support our help desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the quality improvement efforts of our help desk operations, working closely with our help partner teams (BPOs) to ensure that their quality meets our standards

  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive quality enhancements and efficiency gains
  • Develop and implement quality monitoring projects that result in measurable improvements in colleague (agent) performance
  • Collaborate with training and content teams to develop and deploy new training programs and content to support our help desk operations
  • Perform business audits with help partner groups to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them
  • Identify, suggest, and implement process and project enhancements to improve our help desk operations
  • Work cross-functionally to identify areas of opportunity for blithequark to improve its business by understanding customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our help partner teams to ensure that our quality standards are met
  • Travel up to 20% of the time (domestic and international)

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or four years of work experience in a quantitative or business role

  • Proven track record of driving quality improvements and efficiency gains across multiple help desk operations
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with experience refining large datasets to identify key insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals

Pay and Benefits

The base salary for this role is $25/hour, with opportunities for bonuses and other forms of compensation. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, and more. Please note that pay and benefits may vary depending on location and other factors.

Travel Requirements

This role may require up to 20% travel, both domestically and internationally. We're happy to discuss travel requirements and arrangements with the right candidate.
