Role Highlights

* Earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.50¹

  • Enjoy a $310 certification bonus for completing our comprehensive training program
  • Participate in our Turbo Bonus Boost program, earning an additional $5.00 per hour from April 9th to 15th²
  • Work from the comfort of your own home, setting your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
  • Minimum 30 hours per week required, with opportunities to work more hours as needed
  • Collaborate with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) to ensure seamless support and advocacy

Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to TurboTax customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their questions and concerns related to TurboTax products and tax return software
  • Assisting customers with basic navigation, downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as answering very basic tax questions
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborating with the SME and MPS to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer inquiries
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills in tax preparation and customer service
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and quality in your work, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and standards

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and precision in your work
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field
  • Knowledge of tax preparation software and processes
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
