Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Insights

Your daily responsibilities will range from advising marketing profiles on high-value clients to testing and analyzing the effectiveness of new campaigns. You will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across various departments to provide data-driven insights that inform marketing strategies. What You'll Do:

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand key requirements and leverage your expertise to develop flexible solutions that anticipate future needs and requirements

• Become an informed authority on blithequark's marketing metrics and key information sources
• Utilize analytical tools (Tableau, SQL, etc.) to support scientific and reporting capabilities
• Identify significant, data-driven insights to improve business performance
• Build and maintain reporting for marketing KPIs, and set goals for various campaigns
• Identify valuable opportunities to improve or add to existing perspectives on data, resulting in better resources for extracting learnings
• Exercise sound business judgment and influence the direction of blithequark's business by working closely with and delivering results to cross-functional teams

The Stuff to Succeed:

* 3 years of relevant business experience handling complex problems and determining insights using quantitative methods

• Experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or private equity firm, or an analytical role at a high-growth B2C or e-commerce tech company
• Strong analytical skills, including SQL, advanced Excel modeling, and Tableau dashboard building required
• Business acumen, and a passion for marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and customer growth
• Understanding of statistical significance and experience with A/B testing and experimentation for web or software
• Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to transition between detailed data and high-level insights to drive decisions
• Proactive collaboration and communication within your team and cross-functional groups
