Responsibilities and Duties

As a Chat Brand Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Being brand passionate – sharing your love and expertise for the game and brand with customers
• Utilizing primarily TaylorMade golf equipment to provide expert advice and recommendations
• Communicating with customers at a professional level, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
• Familiarity with the TaylorMadeGolf site and any related media/searches to provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Comparing and analyzing competitor products to ensure blithequark's offerings remain competitive
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once with ease and poise

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of golf experience, with a deep understanding of the game and its nuances
• 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a proven track record of success
• In-depth knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products, as well as similar products from other brands
• Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all TaylorMade products, from enthusiast to pro level
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online customer service tools

Compensation and Perks

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll enjoy:
