The Role
As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing great customer service to our clients and customers via phone, email, and in some cases, chat
- Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
- Working with a diverse range of clients and customers, providing support and resolution of routine problems regarding their products or services
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional results
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in any of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian)
- A good command of English, as we'll be handling both Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish markets
- Passion and interest in customer service! Previous experience is not required but a valued merit
- Ability to work from one of our offices or from the comfort of your own home within the Baltic region

Start Date and Working Hours
We're offering multiple start dates throughout 2025, and our working hours are flexible to accommodate your needs. You'll work in 8.5-hour shifts, which can include both weekdays and weekends.
Location
You'll have the option to work from home within the Baltic region or from one of our offices in Riga, Tallinn, Tartu, or Daugavpils.
