Your Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative (Healthcare)ual Positions, you will be the compassionate human connection that makes our service exceptional. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Researching and providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Accurately documenting call details
  • Communicating empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation
  • Meeting team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily

Requirements
