Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative on our paid panel, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in paid national and local focus groups, clinical trials, and market research studies
  • Providing feedback and opinions on new products and services
  • Completing written and/or oral instructions as part of the discussion
  • Filling out written surveys provided for each panel
  • Testing and reviewing new products or services before they are released to the public
  • Participating in remote or in-person discussions, as required

Qualifications

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must:

  • Have a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
  • Have a high-speed internet connection
  • Be able to understand and follow both oral and written instructions
  • Be a US resident
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
