Job Summary
As an Experienced Home Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. This involves studying, resolving, and correcting records to ensure that our enrollment package records are up-to-date and accurate. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, reconcile eligibility between systems, and monitor records. Your excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Study and analyze eligibility records to identify discrepancies and errors
- Resolve issues and correct records to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems and improve processes
- Reconcile eligibility between systems to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Monitor records and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Certification in data entry or a related field
