As an Experienced Customer Service Associate – Amazon Locker+ Returns and Pickup Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide convenient, hassle-free experiences for our customers. You'll work in designated retail locations, helping facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders, and connecting personally with our customers to uplift their lives – even if for just a few moments.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate – Amazon Locker+ Returns and Pickup Specialist, your duties may include:

  • Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
  • Assisting customers with questions they may have, working through problem-solving scenarios for customers
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
  • Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, receiving truck deliveries
  • Performing physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking during shifts lasting up to five hours
  • Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, going up and down stairs (where applicable)
  • Being available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week

  • Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety, comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units
