Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our databases. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that data is entered quickly and accurately, supporting our teams in delivering timely services. Key Responsibilities
* Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
- Responding to information requests from authorized members
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data
- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Generating reports and performing data analysis as needed
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail
- Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
