Job Summary

As a key member of our Social Media Customer Support team, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across blithequark's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. You will provide timely and accurate responses, address customer concerns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

* Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across blithequark's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.
  • Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with blithequark's brand and content, and leverage this knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in social media customer support.

Qualifications

* Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

  • Proficiency in navigating and engaging with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with blithequark's brand and content is a plus.
