The Role

We are seeking a dependable and skilled individual to join our team as a Live Chat Moderator & YouTube Content Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enforcing channel rules, moderating live chats, and managing YouTube content. You will work closely with our neurodivergent creator, Dylan Ricochet, who streams under the persona "Dylan Ricochet" on YouTube and Twitch. Your patience, clear communication, and adaptability will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Chat Moderation

+ Enforce channel rules, remove spam or trolling, welcome and guide new viewers + Keep the atmosphere friendly, respectful, and inclusive

YouTube Content Management

+ Edit highlight clips and upload 2–4 videos per week + Craft titles, descriptions, and tags optimized for search + Design simple, eye-catching thumbnails + Maintain an upload schedule in Google Calendar or similar

Community Engagement

+ Monitor and respond to comments within 24 hours + Help foster positive conversations and encourage subscriber growth

What You Bring

Proven Experience

+ Proven experience moderating live streams (Twitch, YouTube, Discord) + Solid skills in YouTube SEO and basic thumbnail design

Essential Qualifications

+ Excellent organizational habits and time-management + Empathy and adaptability when working with neurodivergent creators + Availability during US Mountain Time (Arizona) hours

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience working with neurodivergent individuals or teams + Knowledge of YouTube Analytics and Google Calendar + Familiarity with content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud)
