Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Development Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial contact to ongoing service. Your key responsibilities will include: ### Customer Experience

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that our clients receive personalized support and effective pest management solutions.
  • Schedule appointments for pest inspections, treatments, and follow-up services, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding services, pricing, and availability, addressing any customer concerns or questions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and service history, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
  • Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery, addressing any customer complaints or concerns.
  • Follow up on annual renewals and assist in securing payment methods, ensuring that our clients continue to receive the best possible service.
  • Assist with overflow sales calls and messages as needed, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and courteous support.

### Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to prospective clients, identifying decision-makers and establishing initial contact, leveraging industry-specific directories, databases, and networking channels to generate high-quality leads.
  • Respond promptly to all incoming inquiries, including phone calls and internet leads, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support.

### Customized Solutions Development

  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand and articulate the full range of pest control services, developing tailored proposals based on the unique needs and challenges of each client.

### Sales Presentations and Consultations

  • Conduct virtual presentations and consultations to educate potential clients on services, methodologies, and industry best practices, articulating the benefits of pest control solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value of our services, driving sales success and customer satisfaction.

### Negotiation and Closing

  • Skillfully negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible value for their investment.
  • Close sales deals efficiently, focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction, ensuring that our clients continue to receive exceptional service.

### Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor for their ongoing pest control needs, identifying opportunities for additional services and upsell based on client requirements.
  • Re-engage past clients to bring them back on board, ensuring that our clients continue to receive the best possible service.

### Sales Reporting and Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including lead generation, client interactions, and deal progress in the pipeline, providing regular sales forecasts and performance updates to the sales management team.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
