Experienced Part-time Customer Success Specialist – ADHD Community Support and Growth

At blithequark, we're a passionate team driven by a mission to make a positive impact on ADHD lives. Our community is rapidly growing, and we're looking for a part-time Customer Success Specialist with an ideal availability of 20-30 hours per week to help manage and scale our customer management processes alongside our growing customer base.

Who We Are

blithequark was born out of a personal journey of our co-founder, Chris, who was diagnosed with ADHD two years ago. Frustrated by the lack of effective behavioral solutions, we hyperfocused on learning everything there is to know about ADHD and ADHD solutions. Our team shares this passion for making a difference in ADHD lives, and we're committed to creating an intuitive, accessible, and engaging experience for our community.

Who You Are

We're looking for a mission-driven, empathetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the voice and heart of blithequark, communicating directly with our ADHD community. You're a self-starter who's always looking for ways to improve our processes and enhance the experience for our end users.

Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Customer Success Specialist, you'll work across all customer success functions of our small but mighty team, including:

  • Member experience: You'll take ownership of customer experience processes, helping our members have the best time possible at blithequark. You'll use these insights to help us improve our offering and create a seamless experience for our community.
  • Internal-facing coach support: You'll provide operational and customer support to our ADHD Coaches, helping them with platform support, member management, external/internal communications, and other routine processes.
  • External-facing support: You'll lead our management of inbound emails from potential customers, partners, and third-party vendors. You'll also help create a support center for us to easily address any in-bound questions and make your job easier to execute.
  • Operations: You'll contribute to strategic design sessions critical to our growth and success, working closely with our feedback data to inform our product decisions.

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of empathy and a genuine care for others.

  • Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet and adapt to various customer support scenarios.
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrated interest in self-educating on unfamiliar subjects or concepts related to well-being and ADHD.
  • Conviction and alignment with blithequark's mission and values.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in customer service or a related field and proficiency in Intercom, Notion, Airtable, Slack, and Gmail.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with ADHD populations or related fields.

  • Familiarity with ADHD coaching or related services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello.
