The Role As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in servicing our clients' personal lines home and auto business. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Processing policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner * Maintaining and updating coverage summaries, preparing binders, and ensuring the accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery * Assisting with account rounding by making recommendations to current clients that will update and enhance their policies * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, you will need: * At least two (2) years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically servicing personal lines policies (home and auto) * An active state insurance license is required * Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process complex information and make informed decisions * Proficiency in insurance software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Why Join blithequark?
