Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing quick and accurate assistance to customers, ensuring a positive experience during their online interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
• Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
• Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately
• Promoting interest in client products and services
• Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
• Providing administrative support to the customer service team
• May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• PC keyboarding and internet experience needed
