What You'll Do
As a Medical Specialist/Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that require attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Championing blithequark clients through interaction via phone and written communication to provide exceptional customer service
- Partnering with clinics and occupational health facilities to obtain necessary documentation for clients
- Providing billing fees for occupational health services in appropriate programs
- Partnering with collectors to schedule and perform urine drug screen collections and other screenings at client facilities
- Reviewing occupational health results and forwarding to clients in a timely manner across multiple platforms
- Analyzing, problem-solving, and providing resolution to locate clinics and other occupational health facilities
- Entering new sites and billing information across multiple platforms
- Setting up third-party billing accounts
- Confirming existing vendor data and updating as needed across multiple platforms
- Ordering vendor products as needed for onsite events
- Utilizing Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for case management
- Initiating and maintaining appropriate documentation of case management from initial report through final resolution
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of skills and qualities. Some of the essential qualifications include:
- Previous experience in the drug-screening industry (a plus!)
- MS Office Intermediate User (Advanced User a plus! and Excel Super User a plus plus!)
- Experience in support/client services – customer service orientation essential
- History of successful outcomes in handling difficult situations and customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a keen attention to detail
- A strong work ethic, problem-solver, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Well organized, able to prioritize, and efficiently work under high volume conditions
- Works well independently, but also eager to work collaboratively across teams while demonstrating leadership and accountability
Work Environment and Culture
As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office, as long as you have a dedicated space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. We prefer cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks. Compensation and Benefits
As a Medical Specialist/Data Entry Specialist, you will be eligible for a competitive hourly rate of $17.00/hour, as well as a range of benefits that include:
