Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing inbound and outbound paperwork, invoicing customers, and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner. You will also serve as a liaison between warehouse personnel and customers, resolving problems as they occur and ensuring that accurate and complete information is conveyed to all.

Responsibilities

* Accurately process inbound and outbound paperwork in a timely manner, including confirming the accuracy of data entry, reconciling the system, output to the customer's documents, and ensuring that all special requests are appropriately addressed and followed through.

  • Timely and accurately invoice customers for receiving, outbound processing, month-end billing, and all special requests and services.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries in a professional and courteous manner, escalating queries to manager if necessary.
  • Serve as a liaison between warehouse personnel and customers, resolving problems as they occur and ensuring that accurate and complete information is conveyed to all.
  • Write and complete accurate business correspondence to customers and team members.
  • Apply professional, polite telephone communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in improving and monitoring procedures and processes to ensure cost-effectiveness in providing the most efficient service.
  • Adhere to established guidelines and rules of the organization outlined in the employee manual.
  • Assist in performing physical inventories and second counts.

Available Shifts

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate your needs, including:

  • Sunday-Wednesday 7:30am-7:30pm
  • Wednesday-Saturday 7:30am-7:30pm
  • Wednesday-Saturday 7:30pm-7:30am
  • Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Management.
  • Experience in an office or warehouse environment with experience in customer service and scheduling.
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Work Environment

This job operates in an office and warehouse environment, with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere. You will be required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb for extended periods, with specific vision abilities required for close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Location

This is an in-person role, with a work location at blithequark.

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00-$16.50 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and advancement.
