The Role

As a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Consultant at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients in Norway. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to senior team members
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handling time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Norwegian (B2 level or higher)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
  • Knowledge of the home appliances and RTV equipment industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with language learning platforms and internal training programs
