Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating reliability by maintaining attendance and punctuality for full shifts
  • Handling a high volume of contacts, managing approximately 50-60 phone calls per shift in a fast-paced environment
  • Meeting high performance metrics for customer satisfaction and service efficiency
  • Engaging professionally with customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails, addressing various topics such as returns and order status
  • Listening actively to understand customer concerns and providing empathetic responses
  • De-escalating customer concerns using conflict management skills while maintaining professionalism
  • Problem-solving by providing tailored solutions to customer issues without relying on pre-populated scripts
  • Being tech-savvy and multitasking effectively across multiple tools and screens to assist customers efficiently
  • Identifying and escalating systemic issues to improve customer service processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age
  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • The ability to read, write, and understand both Spanish and English
  • Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
  • Completion of mandatory training is required without exceptions

Nice-to-haves

While not mandatory, experience in a customer service role is preferred, as is familiarity with e-commerce platforms or retail environments.
