The Role

As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Actively listening to customers and identifying their needs to provide tailored advice on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
  • Processing new and/or amended enrollments while ensuring that our clients' customers receive authentic and positive experiences.
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, leveraging your language skills to communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

* Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs.

  • Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
  • Process new and/or amended enrollments.
  • Ensure clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
  • Work with both English and Spanish speaking customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

* 1+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry or a related field.

  • Active Personal Lines or P&C resident license.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English (test required).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Passion for helping others.
  • Patient and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience working in a remote environment.

  • Familiarity with insurance industry software and systems.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingualism in additional languages.
