- Making regular trips to MIT and Stanford to facilitate live presentations, information sessions, and direct student and faculty engagement
- Executing a data-driven recruiting campaign: tracking outreach volume, event turnout, assessment progression, and final enrollment rates
- Serving as the primary campus representative for the Alpha AI Engineer internship — accessible, prepared, and authoritative
- Depending on marketing or HR departments to generate candidate interest — you control the full process from start to finish
- Making occasional campus visits or conducting passive recruiting — this demands sustained, intensive engagement each week
- Delegating execution to support staff — you will secure venues, coordinate shipments, and arrange catering yourself
- Maintaining standard office hours — student availability dictates your schedule: evenings, weekends, exam periods
- 1+ years in college recruiting, admissions work, or event-driven outreach roles
- Documented track record in high-volume outreach and student activation
