Enrollment Specialist – Fitness Certification Course (Remote Sales)

Who We Are Body Design University is an education company that helps students become certified personal trainers. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will guide prospective students through the decision-making process, help them understand the certification course, and enroll them into the pathway that aligns with their goals. This role requires daily discipline, consistent attendance, and performance-driven motivation. What You’ll Do

• Make 80+ outbound calls daily and maintain 3+ hours of talk time
• Conduct confident enrollment interviews
• Follow a proven, step-by-step enrollment system
• Qualify leads, answer questions, and close enrollments
• Use Salesforce, Kixie, and structured scripts to manage your pipeline
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Participate in a high-performance, supportive team culture
• Maintain uninterrupted availability during all scheduled working hours

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience (phone/high-ticket preferred)
• Fitness-minded and genuinely interested in health and personal training
• Confident, high-energy communication style
• Disciplined, competitive, coachable
• Able to work 40+ hours weekly, including evenings and Saturdays
• Laptop, headset, reliable high-speed internet
• Quiet, consistently distraction-free workspace (required)
• Strong attendance and reliability history
