Remote Full-time Live

Position Highlights The University of Arizona's Information Technology Services (UITS) invites you to apply for the role of Associate Salesforce Administrator, who will support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the University’s Salesforce platform within a dynamic higher education environment. This position will support the University of Arizona Global Campus (UAGC). This position plays a key role in ensuring that Salesforce effectively supports institutional operations across Enrollment Management, Student Services, and other student-facing departments. Working under the guidance of the Senior Salesforce Administrator and Director of CRM & Digital Experience, this role provides hands-on technical support, assists in system configuration, and helps optimize user experience and data integrity. This position will contribute to projects that advance the University’s digital transformation initiatives—such as enhancing the Education Cloud implementation, integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems (e.g., CampusVue SIS, Workato middleware, Canvas LMS), improving data quality, and supporting automation to streamline student and staff workflows. The role offers opportunities to participate in CRM features rollouts, release testing, and data migration efforts while building foundational Salesforce expertise. The CRM & Digital Experience team fosters a collaborative, value-driven and growth-oriented culture. We work cross-functionally to create unified digital experiences that empower staff and improve student engagement throughout the academic journey. Team members are encouraged to pursue Salesforce certifications, explore innovation through trailblazing solutions, and bring forward creative ideas that enhance efficiency and service delivery. Outstanding UA benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance plans; life insurance and disability programs; paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays; UA/ASU/NAU tuition reduction for the employee and qualified family members; retirement plans; access to UA recreation and cultural activities; and more!
