Position Overview As a Product Marketing Strategist, you will play a critical execution-focused role within the Product Marketing team, reporting directly to the Senior Product Marketing Manager. You’ll help transform product capabilities into compelling content, support go-to-market programs and contribute to the messaging and enablement efforts that power both our Sales and Product teams. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who loves writing, organizing, researching, and building. You’ll work on a wide range of high-impact projects, from creating sales collateral to supporting product launches to analyzing market trends. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full product marketing spectrum. What You’ll Do Execution of Product Marketing Deliverables

  • Translate product features into clear, customer-friendly content and assets.
  • Support the development of pitch decks, one-pagers, product sheets, case studies, and persona briefs.
  • Assist in crafting messaging frameworks and positioning updates.

Go-to-Market & Launch Support

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to prepare customer-facing materials for feature releases.
  • Manage project timelines and execution details for launch readiness.

Content Creation & Thought Leadership Support

  • Draft blog posts, social content, email copy, and product-related content that elevates the Xnurta brand.
  • Assist in preparing materials for webinars, speaking opportunities, and external thought leadership.

Market & Competitive Research

  • Conduct competitive analysis and package insights for internal teams.
  • Track industry trends in retail media, Amazon Ads, and martech to support strategy and content.

Sales Enablement

  • Help maintain and update internal playbooks, sales decks, and messaging guides.
  • Gather feedback from the Sales team to improve and iterate on materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
  • Partner with Design, Content, Sales, and Product to move projects forward efficiently.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail media, ecommerce, or digital advertising.
  • 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, growth marketing, or a related role (SaaS or Adtech experience a plus).
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to turn complex concepts into crisp, digestible content.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Curious mindset with a desire to learn the Adtech/retail media ecosystem.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to take direction, execute quickly, and iterate based on feedback.
