Job Description

As a Field Marketing Manager in North America, you will be part of an entrepreneurial team in a rapidly growing business! This role will be responsible for crafting and driving field marketing programs that are tightly aligned to growth objectives and marketing critical metrics within your region. Work alongside sales partners to understand priorities and develop marketing roadmaps that align with larger go-to-market efforts. In addition to working with Performance Marketing on region specific ABM efforts, responsibilities will also include bringing our brand to life and engaging our community on the ground through in-person and hosted events and conferences. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, development of field marketing strategies and plans, event management and execution, partner co-marketing, pipeline acceleration initiatives, and adaptation of lead generation campaigns targeted at the Enterprise and Mid-Market size businesses. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who produces high-quality results. Proficiency in effective cross-functional communication while maintaining a focus on outcomes is important. We are looking for someone who is flexible and can thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines. A strong B2B marketing background in IT with a focus on measurement and accountability are key success factors. Job Requirements:

  • Craft overall marketing strategy in collaboration with Sales leaders and Marketing to drive demand in key territories to generate pipeline and bookings that support regional sales strategy
  • Design strategic regional marketing plans outlining goals, tactics, and budget requirements across different marketing channels
  • Drive new and creative lead generation activities including events (virtual/hybrid/in-person), direct marketing, webinars, collateral and customer case studies.
  • Track and analyze the efficiency of our marketing campaigns to determine return on investment and prioritize resources.
  • Drive partnership between field marketing, BDR lead follow up and sellers to facilitate flawless execution and delivery against important metrics
  • Work with digital marketing and marketing operations teams to leverage systems, processes and campaign tactics and content
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign results to ensure optimization and successful outcomes

Qualifications

  • 8 years proven experience in marketing planning, field marketing, event management and account-based marketing
  • Detail oriented with strong project management skills and to think strategically
  • Shown success running coordinated marketing campaigns using tactics that include live events, webinars, digital advertising and social networking
  • Excellent relationship skills to establish trust, influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders, especially with sales
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional teams
  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing tools, processes, and execution of workflows in order to define, track and report important metrics
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Metrics driven with demonstrated analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel.
