SEO Specialist with Webflow, SEMrush, and Yext Experience (Remote)

Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3+ years in SEO, preferably in a marketing agency setting About the Role: Radar Hire is looking for a highly skilled SEO Specialist with hands-on experience using Webflow, SEMrush, and Yext. In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that drive measurable results for a growing client portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a marketing agency environment, is deeply familiar with on-page and off-page SEO, and understands how to integrate SEO best practices into modern no-code platforms like Webflow. You’ll play a key role in optimizing websites, managing technical audits, implementing structured data, and improving local search visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple client accounts
• Perform in-depth keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis using SEMrush
• Optimize websites for search engines, including content, meta data, page speed, and structured data
• Build and manage websites using Webflow, ensuring SEO foundations are built in
• Manage and optimize Yext listings for improved local SEO and citation consistency
• Monitor performance and provide weekly/monthly reporting on KPIs and campaign results
• Stay up to date on algorithm changes and evolving SEO best practices
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content writers to implement SEO recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional SEO experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
• Proven experience with Webflow site building and optimization
• Proficiency in SEMrush for keyword tracking, technical audits, and reporting
• Hands-on experience with Yext or similar citation/listing management tools
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and structured data (Schema markup)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager
• Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while managing multiple clients

Nice To Have

• Experience managing SEO projects in an agency or multi-client environment
• Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, or Clearscope
• Understanding of CRO and basic UX principles as they relate to SEO
• Experience setting up and managing A/B tests and SEO experiments

Working Hours

• Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8 hours per day
• Preferably aligned with U.S. business hours
