Title: B-CPT-10208 Multilingual Compliance and Interpreter Manager Independent Contractor – [Multilingual Compliance and Interpreter Manager/Business Support VA/Entry] (Remote). Overview 20four7VA is seeking a bilingual or multilingual professional to support interpreter coordination, compliance monitoring, scheduling system management, and content development. This is a seasonal role with the potential for extension based on performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, eager to learn, and able to manage fast-paced workflows after comprehensive training. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: Interpreter and Translation Coordination

  • Coordinate interpreter assignments in various sectors such as medical, legal, and educational
  • Manage written translation requests with 24–72 hour turnaround times
  • Ensure interpreters complete connectivity checks 15 minutes before each assignment
  • Track check-in and check-out times
  • Respond to urgent requests with tight deadlines

Scheduling System and Data Entry

  • Use automation tools to assign and manage interpreter schedules
  • Enter accurate information including rates, mileage (if applicable), and minimums
  • Follow up on completed assignments for timesheet submission
  • Address missing timesheets based on 72-hour submission protocols
  • Attach required documentation to assignments and applications
  • Support payroll-related data entry
  • Set up business phone numbers when needed to assist communication
  • Escalate issues when necessary

Interpreter Recruitment and Network Management

  • Recruit and onboard a minimum of 50 new interpreters monthly
  • Maintain communication within the interpreter network
  • Supervise remote assistants, schedulers, and interns
  • Support outreach efforts to increase interpreter engagement

Compliance and Quality Control

  • Ensure adherence to protocols including check-in procedures and timesheet requirements
  • Monitor quality standards across interpreter assignments
  • Maintain high interpreter satisfaction and retention rates (target: 95 percent or higher)
  • Oversee compliance procedures for all operational areas

Content Creation and Training Support

  • Create content for social media platforms
  • Assist in producing training videos, animations, and educational materials
  • Contribute to internal training resources
  • Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Entry level
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Interest in language services and cross-cultural communication
  • Ability to work with limited supervision after training

Language Requirements Fluency in at least two of the following priority languages:

  • Dari or Farsi
  • Pashto
  • Spanish
  • Swahili
  • Albanian

Technical Proficiency Training provided for the following tools and systems:

  • Interpretation management platforms
  • Messaging platforms
  • Scheduling automation tools
  • AI workflow tools
  • Excel or Google Sheets
  • CRM or database systems
  • Online talent search platforms

Work Schedule

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW. Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
