Key Responsibilities

Strategic Decision-Making:

- Utilize strong decision-making skills to address challenges and propose actionable solutions in a fast-paced environment. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies. -

Team Development:

Requirements

Experience:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the energy or utility sector. - Proven track record of successful leadership and team management in a remote work environment. -

Education:

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a closely related field. A Master s degree is a plus. -

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in project management software and operational analytics tools. - Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). -
