This is a position for someone who loves bookkeeping, but isn’t necessarily cut out to own their own business. We are a growing bookkeeping firm that works hard for our clients and is committed to caring for our team. What started as a solopreneurship has grown to a team of 10+. We work primarily in the photography industry, as well as other related fields. As an Account Manager you will be the main point of contact for our clients, as well as a liaison between our clients and our team of bookkeepers. You will play a vital role in making sure that we’re providing on-time, accurate, quality bookkeeping for our clients by managing projects and deadlines. You will be responsible for handling client requests and making sure that clients are happy and taken care of in a timely manner. Strong customer services skills are required, as well as ability to juggle many projects. This is an employee position at 20+ hours per week (with the potential for growth) spread over 4-5 days/week. We offer flexible hours but firm deadlines, so a commitment to consistency is essential. Pay starting at $25+/hr. To apply, click direct apply below. Requirements

Include

  • Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor
  • 2-5 years bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Quiet, professional meeting space for Zoom meetings
  • Strong, reliable technology and internet connection Responsibilities Client Facing Role
  • Walking clients through the onboarding and monthly bookkeeping process
  • Conducting client review meetings/check-ins;
  • Helping clients confidently and clearly understand their numbers
  • Provide basic advisory insights/recommendations during client meetings
  • General client-facing customer service
  • Maintaining clear communication so that no information gets missed with clients Team Facing Role
  • Making sure our team of bookkeepers has what they need to do their job
  • Providing feedback and training to our bookkeepers when needed to ensure a high quality of service
  • Working through complex bookkeeping issues when needed
  • Work with our Director of Operations to manage and prioritize projects and team members to meet deadlines and goals
