I am seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Freelancer to build, launch, and manage a high-performance Search campaign. My objective is to drive qualified phone leads from homeowners in Brevard County who require immediate wildlife removal and exclusion services. I am NOT looking for an agency. I need a dedicated specialist who understands the urgency of "Emergency Home Services." The Challenge & Strategy

  • High-Stakes Auction: Keywords like "raccoon removal" and "rat exterminator" have high CPCs. We cannot afford wasted clicks.
  • Negative Keyword Mastery: You must aggressively filter out traffic looking for "free city animal control," "dead deer on road," or "pest control for bugs." We only handle wildlife and rodents.
  • Geo-Precision: We target specific zones (Melbourne, Viera, Satellite Beach). You need to understand how to bid differently for high-value coastal zip codes vs. lower-priority areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Architecture: Build a granular SKAG or STAG structure (e.g., Separate ad groups for "Rats," "Raccoons," "Bats," and "Emergency").
  • Conversion Tracking: Setup accurate tracking for Phone Calls (CallRail or Google Forwarding) and Form Fills via Google Tag Manager. I need to know exactly which keyword generated the call.
  • Ad Copywriting: Write high-CTR copy that utilizes our USPs (Lifetime Warranty, 24/7 Speed, Humane Process).
  • Landing Page Audit: Review my current pages (animalsintheattic.com) and suggest "quick win" optimizations to improve Quality Score and Conversion Rate.
  • Ongoing Optimization: Weekly management of search terms, bid adjustments, and negative keywords. Required Skills
  • Proven experience with Local Service Businesses (Pest Control, HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing).
  • Deep understanding of Google Local Services Ads (LSA) is a major plus.
  • Ability to differentiate between "Informational" and "Transactional" intent.
