We’re expanding — and we’re looking for a driven, polished, and motivated Sales Professional to grow our membership program and connect high-value clients with elite transportation solutions. Job Summary Sales Representatives are responsible for generating their own leads through personal and professional networks, including friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, church groups, social media, advertising, outreach, partnerships, and local businesses within a 50-mile radius of Phoenix. The role is most effective when based in the Phoenix Metro area so we are NOT accepting out-of-state applications at this time. This position is fully remote with no required schedule, minimum hours, or maximum hours. You may treat this role as part-time additional income or as your full-time career, depending on your goals. All Membership Sales Representatives operate as independent contractors for Cactus & Coach.
Responsibilities
- Generate new membership leads through outreach, networking, and partnerships
- Present membership options and highlight exclusive benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current members
- Represent the brand at events, networking groups, and community engagements
- Manage follow-ups, track prospects, and guide potential members through each stage of the sales process
- Meet or exceed monthly membership goals
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, hospitality, luxury services, marketing, real estate, or similar fields
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable engaging with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients
- Reliable transportation and strong knowledge of Phoenix Metro
